Team was prompt and very focused on our contents and walls. A previous company damaged furniture and scratched floor and knocked holes in the walls and then did nothing about it. The TMT team was very deliberate in not damaging goods, walls, or floors.

I booked Two Men and a Truck about a week before my long distance move, and was even out of town at the time, so I couldn't get an in-home estimate. Their prices were right on par with the other companies that insisted they needed in-home estimates, so I don't feel like I was taken advantage of even though they didn't actually see the how much stuff I had. Dee and Harold showed up right on time, and were very kind and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated that they padded and wrapped my furniture (even the box spring!) for transport. Even when the drop off time was delayed a few hours (my fault), they were understanding and arrived right on time. I would definitely recommend them! They made moving much less stressful!

3 men and a huge truck was overkill for the items I had to move - half that size would have sufficed. Also weather was an issue and a smaller, more maneuverable, truck would have been better suited. Twenty minutes after arrival, papers were signed and truck was in driveway but no moving activity. Coastal flooding prevented the move from occurring but a smaller truck could have easily propped ramp onto a landing for a safe move. While movers seemed competent, they were also stand-offish. At one point, all three were on cell phones. They were not in a hurry to begin.

The two gentlemen arrived on time. They were polite and extremely patient with us as we were not only moving things to storage but also moving furniture between rooms in the house. They never made me feel like I was annoying them with my requests although I am sure they probably had a good laugh on the way back to the shop. They made an extremely stressful day a little less stressful and for that I am exceedingly grateful.

Tracy and TJ did a great job. They were curteous and efficient!
