- The team did not wear masks Or gloves during the actual move.
- The movers left multiple items that needed to be moved behind.
- Despite giving the movers a color coordinated legend which indicated where every box belonged, there were still multiple boxes left in the garage which should have been brought up to different rooms in the house.

We are sorry that there seemed to be some miscommunication and problems on your move. Gloves cannot be worn for safety reasons while moving furniture, but masks can be depending on the situation. Please give us a call to discuss your concerns and damage.

TJ and Mike did a phenomenal job helping us move across the state. They worked meticulously to ensure that our belongings were safe and secure. They took measures to protect and protect our new house from any scratches or dings. The crew was courteous and made such a huge task appear small and manageable. The administrative staff took time to make sure our move was organized and on time.
