The movers broke my kitchen table and did not inform me of the damage. Additionally, a box of fragile items was not handled with care and several were broken in the move. I do not feel as if the movers were very experienced.

The team arrived at the designated time. The team was professional, worked with precision, made things look easy.

Scheduled pickup & the truck wasn't big enough for all of my belongings so I had to schedule another pickup where this time everything that was listed on my estimate didn't match what the drivers' had on their list which meant again all my belongings we left for us to figure out how to get them to me now. I have paid almost $6K & I don't think asking for a partial refund is asking too much.

The moving staff was great. They were polite and worked hard to ensure a timely move. Our one issue is that our bed frame broke and we have not heard much from the office staff in terms of correcting this issue.
