I hired for packing for 6 hours for an interstate move next day. I’ll equip despite visual estimate. The movers seemed in a hurry to leave. There were several items I specifically showed them to pack which they didn’t. They did not pack any of my pictures. I had to pack all the rest of the day and overnight as they didn’t pack up to half my apartment. And left in 3 hours after saying they had.

Deceptive pricing, poor communication!! I understood the rate to be $202 per hr had no idea you charged and additional $175 transportation fee. My move was 25 miles and I left from the same city your trucks are parked at. Deeply disappointed!

We are sorry the two ways we communicate the travel fee were not enough. In addition to mentioning it on the call it is included in your pre-move estimate letter that we email to every customer before the move. There is no such thing as over communication so thank you for sharing your experience so we can improve.

Typically, a moving company has a courteous person in the office behind the phone then unhappy people in the field moving everything. I was so happy to have an all star team with this company. From the jovial people on the phone to the professionals who moved everything with a smile on their faces. Highly recommend two men and a truck!

The moving team was exceptional. They were thoughtful, communicative, and extremely careful with our stuff. They also worked through the rain and still came in under time. These guys were great. One of them also came back to our house at the end of the day to return a football that was left on the truck. Outstanding!
