So awesome! The team was incredible, professional & quick. Moving during a pandemic can be scary but Tyler & his partner (I'm so terrible with names I apologize to both men that 1. I'm wrong with the name & 2. I forgot), were extremely professional, maintained social distancing, & made the move almost too easy. Highly recommend y'all & if you happen to get the two guys I got, you're in great hands

My moving team was amazing. They handled a small hallway with NO problems and took great care of my things. One lamp broke (honestly I think it was just a cheap lamp) but they made sure that the shells that filled it were all together as I asked so that I can put them in a new lamp. They were on time and did the move faster than I imagined possible including a 2 hour drive. THANK YOU!!!

The fellows that came were on time, efficient, careful and polite. THANK YOU to Tim and TJ! I wish I could put in more than five stars. They were beyond wonderful! And an extra shout out to Porshea! She was fantastic getting me on the schedule so quickly! All of you are rock stars!

Guys great. Courteous, efficient.Took heavy stuff to 3rd flr. HOWEVER, NO MASKS. SO friendly, got too close. Said, give me paper; I'll sign, stay away. Felt kinda bad, he was trying to let me know what I was signing. Let my executor know if I got virus, it's from you guys. Could you have non-contact signing. Sold house, bought car without contact.
WHY DO YOUR GUYS NOT HAVE MASKS? OTHERS DO.

Shawn and Steve were great and actually worked their tail off. Super nice guys and took care of all of my stuff. Packed it well and when delivering made sure everything went in the correct rooms. They actually finished early and my bill was lower than expected. They moved my 1500 sq ft apartment in a little over 4 hours, which was a full 2 bedroom 2 bath. They did this with three people. Thanks

The booking team was nice and very responsive. The moving team was very polite, timely, and hardworking through the day. The only critique I have was that they scratched the floors in several locations while plastic wrapping furniture. Overall, good team.

My movers were very polite and efficient. They beat the time estimate provided, but still got the job done thoroughly.

The movers were kind and considerate of my requests.
They did not have adequate equipment to move heavy furniture.
They needed more experience in packing the truck and need to be more carefully with the furniture. I have a tear in my sofa due to improper stacking of the furniture.
Two men worked very hard, but the man in the truck seemed not to care as much and he didn't pack the truck adequately
