I was really impressed with my experience moving with Two Men and a Truck. The office team was quick to get me a quote and very informative on what to do and expect on the day of the move.
The moving team was very fast. All four guys formed an assembly line and got everything out of my very narrow 4th floor walkup in half the time I thought it would take.

The office failed because I had requested two wardrobe boxes and there were none in the truck. This was very disappointing.
I was rather disturbed that I was charged $150.00 as a travel charge.
I only moved 10 miles away. This charge was excessive.

Susan, Thank for your feedback. We are happy you were pleased with our moving team. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience that was caused by the missing wardrobe boxes. We also apologize for the misunderstanding about the travel charge. Instead of charging for a fuel surcharge or by the mile, we charge based on the time, from start to finish, which includes the drive time. The drive time is included in the estimate.

These 3 gentlemen worked tirelessly on one of the hottest, humid days of the summer and deserve to be commended. They were courteous and friendly throughout - AND kept those important masks on at all times when inside our home. Extra care was given to certain items that were particularly important to me. Excellent job by this crew!
