Upon arrival, told me that I have to empty clothing out of bedroom bureau and chest, contrary to office instructions. Multiple items damaged in move. Furniture not protected in truck. Gouged walls need to be repaired where they banged furniture into it. When I pointed it out, they at first said furniture was already damaged prior to move but then finally apologized and admitted causing damage. Very poor experience with this crew. So disappointed.
