The moving team was amazing. Tim and his colleague were so professional, kind, and hard workers.
We were disappointed with the office.
1) We had unnecessary problems with their lack of communication.
2) We had to request a quote 3 different times.
3) We called, left messages, sent urgent email through another office because no one picked up at the office. They never called us back that day.

The office and moving staff were very friendly and helpful! It did take longer than I expected to get my one-rooms’s-worth of furniture moved, but I was the last appointment of the day and the one mover was definitely spent from their earlier appointments. Overall I had a really good experience and would definitely use this service again.

The moving team did what they could given the circumstances and did as good of a job as they were told to do. Our belongings had been mixed in with other families items. This furniture had clearly not been stored in a secure facility as my furniture was crawling with spiders. I understand the realities of long term storage but why wouldn't you fumigate these items before shipping?

Your belongings went into storage before we acquired this franchise. Our storage policies ensure our customer's belongings are individually stored and maintained. We organized and cleaned off your items before delivery but it sounds like we didn't do the best job. It’s my first experience with Two Men and a Truck, but I don’t regret it at all. I particularly love the way they took time to wrap my fragile stuff and handled them with care. Staff was pleasant and respectful of diversity. The only problem was a delay in the time frame given. But that can be understood with the Covid-19 going on. I will definitely refer this company to my friends in the future.

Tim and John were excellent! i had a pick up spot than 3 other drop offs! I had labeled everything, They delivered all furniture and box’s with out a scratch. They were kind clean and did their work quickly. I was very happy with the move, the helped make it a wonderful experience. I have moved several times, i will from now on only use 2 men and a truck. excellent service!!!
