I have never used a moving company before, but my sister had used your company 4 times. Anthony & Craig were excellent, polite and it was amazing watching their abilities and team work to complete our move with ease.

Very happy with scheduling, Teresa was great. The two James that moved me were great, very prompt and efficient. However the one bummer is my mattresses were not wrapped or covered and they ended up getting wet and ruined. The rain was not their fault, however the rain puddled at the end of truck and when we took off rolled forwArd soaking bottom of mattress. They did such a good job covering things but didn’t my mattress. I would use them again and overall very happy.

My daughter recommended 2 men and a truck and I was a little nervous but the crew put me at ease as soon as they got there. They all introduced their selves and I watched as they loaded my stuff, they were very efficient and fast. I am very pleased.

The process by which you plan packing needs great improvement. The guys who moved us were great, but we had to spend 8 hours packing my mother's apartment when we thought that was going to be done for us. It would make more sense for someone to do a pre-move inspection, so realistic expectations could be met by both parties.
