Was a good experience except for the scratches to one piece of my furniture.

The guys did an amazing job! They explained everything to me & were very professional. They handled my belongings with care and made sure that everything was placed where I wanted it- made the moving process SO EASY! I will 100% be using this company again!

I know it was a difficult move because the gentleman was very difficult of the home I was moving from however I was unable to complete my mood completely not understanding that smaller items were not moved I’ve never had that issue before and I’ve moved many many times even with your company

Our managers were immediately dispatched to ensure the safety of our crew. It is unfortunate you feel this was as our managers took extra care to ensure you were moved out safely.</div>

The movers were extremely courteous and respectful. My only negative comment was they were one hour late, and nobody called to keep me up to date. Things happen, but a simple phone call to give me a status update would have been nice.

Overall very good! Only issue was gouges in new front jam from poor hand truck alignment.
