Starting with the quote not appropriate for the scope of the job, mis-communications regarding start times and overall bad attitude of the workers completing the job, this experience was jot enjoyable at all. When the crew arrived at 9:26 (expected at 8:30) the supervisor took one look and announced that this was not going to work. It went downhill from there. It was apparent that my belongs were of no concern as boxes were crushed, furniture was marked up or broken and items labled fragile were crushed.

The movers did not let us know they bent a handle on a triple dresser and scratched our bathroom door and woodwork. I found it several days later when I was cleaning.

The movers damaged and broke my book shelf and also smashed a box of precious ceramics. They promised that there would be a follow up on insurance claims. Despite repeated calls to the local office, nobody has followed up on insurance claims.

This was a disappointing experience versus the numerous moves with Two Men and a Truck. The company was informed and aware the move was from a house to the 3rd floor of a building. They should have provided more man power for the two poor guys assigned to the job. Several pieces of furniture were damaged.

The office staff could not finds us as a previous customer, the movers were on tome and did a good job. I’ve found 4 things broken so far, but they were fast and efficient, got done ahead of estimated time.

A few of my things were broken and my refrigerator was dropped and has a big dent in the front of it.

My furniture ended up with some scratches on it. The movers almost injured themselves on my property. The office furniture was heavy, but precautions could have been taken such as securing the drawers and for the movers to wear a back brace.

A few broken glasses but that’s not a big deal my wine cooler no longer works after being moved despite working well for years before the move and several large items were left behind during the move.

Everything went well, but then I started noticing my refrigerator, it had dents & scratches all over it. This was a fairly new refrigerator. This was totally uncalled for, had it been taken care of properly. My washing machine now leaks from the bottom. I will not use 2 men & a truck again.

I have already left one review and keep getting emails to do another. I have called and emailed the company several times about our damage report. No one will get back with me. It is getting a bit ridiculous.
