I was very please with overall service. You helped me on short notice. Only two days before I needed the move. Your pricing was very fair. The Two man crew that moved my tables were just great. Energetic, polite and very helpful.

Office team was top-tier. Main issues was with movers. I only needed 7 pieces of furniture moved. One of the pieces (bed frame) took longer than the others, which was to be expected. I do feel like the fridge took longer than it need. Each piece was taken off (even though it fit through the door frame comfortably).
I was also never given a receipt. I think I was overcharged, but I have no proof.

We see in your customer notes that when we called you told us things were great. We do see that you were concerned about your bill but our claims department explained to you in detail your bill. You were estimated 2-4 hours and we stayed within that range, billing you at 3.75 hours verifying through GPS.

The movers were polite and competent and got the information needed to get going and took my stuff from place to place in a good amount of time and with no losses or damage. Friendly staff, got it done, and got me moved across town in no time.

Lack of clear communication. I was told by TMT that the move would be one day, and junk cleanup the next.
She wrote on work order that move and junk removal to be on same day. All my stuff did not fit on the truck, plus the movers did not remove the junk. I was left in a bind x2 by TMT. Would not recommend TMT to anyone.

The movers that came to my house were extremely professional and wonderful! They took amazing care of my boxes even went above and beyond packing a couple that weren’t finished packing. Truly, above the call of duty!!

The team that did our move was amazing! Christian, Eric, and Micah were so easy to work with, and they worked their tails off. We had a move to a third floor apartment, and it was hot that day. But they made it look like it was nothing, and I would ask for them in the future, in a heartbeat!
