Movers were great, courteous and helpful.
However, a closet of clothes were inadvertently left behind. This was 50/50 fault between us & them, especially after finding an extra garment box & 2 closets in one box with clothes on bottom! Corporate would not pay to have clothes shipped to us, that fell on us. Feel like corporate should have paid or at least half to reimburse us for shipping!

Both office staff & moving team were professional & flexible when my moving date had to change due to delay in my closing. No extra fees or penalties or timely phone calls which I so appreciated. The young men were professional & also good-natured. They checked in with me about my preferences & made suggestions when I asked for them. Overall, a very good experience!

The moving team showed up on time and worked quickly to get my furniture moved into my storage unit. They worked hard getting things down four flights of stairs in the heat! They were professional and courteous the whole time. The only complaint I have at this time is the damage I received to a piece of my leather sectional, which I purchased brand new in June. I am a little upset about that.

Taylor, Steve D. and Quan were great to work with! Showed up early, got to work as soon as they arrived and followed all instructions. They were pleasant and customer oriented. I have used Two Men and a Truck for residential moves twice in the past. This is our third time to use them, but this time it was to move our offices. I will continue to use them for all my moving & junk removal needs!
