I hired you guys twice within two weeks to do the same job. The last moving team had Bo as a supervisor, and everything went wonderfully-He deserves a RAISE. Supervising mover this time was Michael. This move went terribly, and I appreciate very much John giving them the go ahead to stop the clock and fix their mistake. To make this clear-Arrived with 0 tools.This team moved a fridge that was full of our food, while there was an empty one unplugged sitting in the garage with the washer, dryer, and treadmill they moved. When I saw the wrong one being delivered and informed them, Michael responded (LOUDLY) THIS IS NOT MY FAULT!- I want to add the very first thing he said to me besides needing some initials was asking me So is this a party house? He was highly unprofessional.

The team of movers was amazing. Kind, courteous and hard working. They arrived on time and worked a solid 8 hours. I have used the company many times and have never been disappointed. But I will say this is by the far the best team of movers I have worked with. Good guys!
