Great experience. The movers were professional and considerate. They smiled and laughed and genuinely appeared to enjoy what they were doing. They were fast but careful. I would use them immediately.

My move experience could not have been improved upon. From Chad during my initial visit to the office, with Victoria andamp; Teresa during phone calls, and with Desmond andamp; Andre during the moving process. These two men were fantastic. They were focused, friendly yet professional, and operated with a sense if urgency throughout the move. Desmond operated his truck like he was the captain of the ship, appearing very conscious of safety procedures, regulations andamp; practices. I will use Two Men andamp; a Truck again, and I will ask for Desmond andamp; Andre to be assigned my move.

We chose Two Men and a Truck because they offered storage between move out/in dates. Both moving teams were acceptable and we tipped generously. Now we find out items were damaged and lost. It's been a month now and I have no reimbursement for said items. Repairs were made to one item without my consent that actuallyfurther damaged the property. I have yet to receive a call from the manager about this. Victoria, who has been helping me was unprofessional citing her personal life as an excuse and rude to me directly. Perhaps most upsetting is that OTHER PEOPLE'S items were mixed in with mine when I opened boxes and several items were delivered that were not mine (stroller, table, boxes, etc.). This is completely unacceptable and the company's standards need to reviewed carefully.

Stay within the price quoted. Guys worked fast and efficient. All were extremely friendly.

Only negative seemed to be a lack of communication between the office and the moving team. The movers didn't know that the move was out of town.

Some of our furniture was damaged. They set up our bed incorrectly and lost part of the parts to it. Furniture was turned on itandacirc;??s end and damaged a drawer. We were told that we didnandacirc;??t need to empty drawers. Because everything was set on the end, everything was messed up on the drawers. Poor customer service. Will never use again. We are trying to resolve the issues with the damaged furniture and as yet that hasnandacirc;??t happened.
