The only communication issue came when I described the contents of the POD. While I indicated I didn't have but a couple of large dressers, I did indicate a full one bedroom home being moved and specifically stated that the POD was filled 8X8X13. Pretty specific. The estimated time was short a good hour and it wasn't due to the crew. It was due to the office staff underestimation of the time it would take.

All of my furniture is quite heavy and they were able to handle it. I have another move out of storage coming up later this month, and it is all very heavy as well. We are senior citizens and cannot move ourselves any longer. The price point of hiring this firm luckily fits into the price spectrum in renting a truck and hiring locals to load and unload, but saves us the hassle of having to pick the truck up and returning it.

The estimated price was double and the time was estimated at 6 hours approx and took 11 hours. In my opinion the estimator needs more training, although his attitude and demeanor was very good. Our 2 movers were excellent!! They did not even take a break!! They worked at top speed! I would use those 2 men again!
