First, the crew was late, didn't call or anything. One of the guys reeked of cigarette smoke, which I detest. Then while moving things into the new location, one of the crew (the smelly one) knocked his drill off of a table onto a chair and tore the fabric on the chair. To date, Wednesday, move was Sunday, I have yet been able to get anyone from your local office to call me about what they plan to do about the torn chair.

It very expensive and extra on Sunday no one said that. They were 2 1/2 hrs late. Office never said extra charge on Sunday or window of 2 hrs for arrival.

Movers took a lot of breaks and then we were charged drive time when the truck showed up an hour and a half late.

I was very impressed with all areas of moves and I will recommend you guys to anyone who is needing help. I was super impressed with as little notice I had to give thru the renovations that my moves were always scheduled for when I needed them even it was down to a 24 hour notice! You guys are great!!

I was happy with our movers we had last week. However, we have a lot of damage to some items from our move back in July (different crew from our move last week). I would like someone to get a hold of me to discuss the damage.
