The movers left an item on the truck, and when I called asking for it to be returned, I was told their truck is in the shop and I must wait for their truck to be returned, before I can receive my items the movers forgot to unload. They made a mistake and should go to the shop, retrieve my property and bring it to me. They act as if this an impossible tasks and think I should wait because of their mistake. The delivery was on August 9th 2018, I called on August 10th 2018 for the missing items, and I have been blown off every time.

The guys that moved me were very easy to talk to and worked very hard to meet my needs.

The 3 men who serviced us were so friendly and professional, very polite and effecient! I was very happy with the move and will highly recommend your services to anyone I know who needs help moving!

The moving team was great. They were friendly, efficient, and very clear with what the service entailed and what the costs would be. There was no confusion or miscommunication. The team showed respect for my family's things and were faster than I expected. They exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend.

Moving is a difficulty task and the 2 men that helped us move were absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Was very good. Would recommend the movers get a little more familiar with Sleep Number beds and how they work to make sure ALL boxes are plugged in when they set up the bed.
