I called and booked the move of a safe from our garage to the master bedroom. I was told the window would be 1-3. At 4:11pm a Manager by the name of Chris called to apologize for the delay. Then at 6:30pm the movers show up. I explained to the mover with the paperwork that it was scheduled for earlier. He proceeded to call his manager who insisted the time frame was 4:15-6:15.
I took a picture of the work order. It was clearly 1-3pm ETA.
No discount was offered. I’m extremely dissatisfied with their clear lack of communication between their business office and managers.

The entire staff was awesome, from the time I called to book the move until the guys drove away was a great customer experience. The movers were professional and actually kind of amazing in their experience and techniques. I will make sure all my friends know what a great job Two Men and a Truck does.

We had an amazing experience start to finish. Scheduling was very quick and flexible, every phone call before the move was informative. Our movers were polite and kind and easy to communicate with. They enjoy their job and you can tell. They were extremely careful with all our belongings, efficient and hard working. Our experience couldn’t have been better.

The only problem I had with this company is that one of my living room end tables was smashed in one corner, approx 8 inches inward from the corner during transport to my apartment! One of the workers said my marble top dining table fell on it!
I believe that this could have been prevented if my dining table top (round) was securely fastened down or laying upside down in the moving truck! The workers didn't even seem upset or call the office about this. Other than that, they're alright. Thanks.

Markus & Jose were caring, worked really well together & every bit of my belongings were handled carefully. I was very pleased with their attitudes, care & concern for me. Thank you

This is the first time my husband and I have used a moving service and the guys that helped us were lighthearted and funny. They were very helpful of what they could take and got it done in less time than expected and everything was wonderful! I will definitely recommend these guys to our friends and use them again!

They came loaded up and it started to get dark as it does early due to the time zone. They unloaded but then I notices several scratches on my nice items, Refrigerator, dinning table, hutch and office desk. The office desk was not assembled correctly and some of the screws that should have been connected with the desk was on the floor. My refrig handle screws were stripped and the handles were loose. I called several times regarding these items and was transferred to a dark hole. I left messages for them to return my call and no one has to this date. The move took place the end of October of this year. I had to call a professional appliance tech to come and fix what I was left with and order new handles of which was completed in time for Thanksgiving.

Teresa is who I dealt with on the phone. She was helpful compassionate for our situation and very patient as we had many delays. The three men that did the actual move were excellent as well. So helpful,fast and just all around great to work with. I have no complaints whatsoever about any part of our move.

We could not have been more pleased
with our experience. In spite of rain and the truck getting stuck in the mud, your employees were courteous and accommodating. Their concern was always that we were satisfied. I will recommend your company to anyone I know in search of movers.
