The move was scheduled from 2:00 to 4:00, but the movers did not show up until 6:00 pm and didn't finish until almost 10:00 pm. We still had some unpacking to do afterwards and then get up for work at 0400, so the delay was a considerable inconvenience. Evidently there had been some kind of scheduling problem. After a few conflicting phone calls from the office team member and the movers, an explanation was provided, and ongoing status updates given. Despite this problem, the movers were quick, worked extremely hard, and maintained a great attitude!!! I've never used movers before and have always done it myself, but after this experience, I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck for any future moves. Extremely impressed with the movers who took care of our things. Thank you!!!

The initial contact was very pleasant, my rep Adam (Stud)
The young helper lack the strength but were very accommodating, energy, nice and respectable. The older gentleman very quite seemed to have lite issue parking truck but that could have been the experience with the young guys and the contract help getting too much involved. As I arrived my helper was trying to help direct them. Very steep drive keep trying to get up but what they didn't realize if they ever got to the top with the length of the vehicle the rear e d would have been that much higher of the ground and that much more unlevel inside the truck.
Other than that I am loyal to Adam's efforts and feel the company tries to do there best for me and my belongings.

I rated offis staff acceptable only because accounting charged me double what was agreed upon and left early in the day and I couldn’t get the problem fixed. Still waiting for my refund and for it to be fixed. The scheduler was fantastic and the Guys were very good as well.
