Eddie and the 2 guys were very respectful and patient with me during this move. Eddie even went back to the truck and got his screwdriver to fix the swing away front door that wouldn't seem to return to its original position.

Everything went pretty smooth. Although a piece off one of our dressers was lost and never found. Brought it up to office personnel but never heard back regarding if it was found. The movers were very courteous and moved quickly.

The movers were polite, professional, and patient. They exceeded expectations and were extra careful with my antique foot treadle sewing machine, an prized antique in our family for over 150 years. I was impressed by the efficiency of their work even though it was an unusually cold day. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.

At time of booking I was told the movers would arrive between 11-1. I never received a confirmation email or phone call. I called them confirm the day before. After no one had shown up by 1:30 pm on Friday I called to inquire-was told it would be at least 2.Then received a call from the actual mover who said it would be more like 3-3:30.I then called back to the office and spoke to Mia who was quite short with me-said it would probably be 4 because the move before me was taking longer.It seems that should have been determined way earlier in the day that it would take 4-6 hours longer to move that person. She said all managers were in a meeting.I was called back and assured movers would be there ASAP.They arrived at 3:45 after we had moved 1/2 of our things. Charged for 2 hrs.Took them 1.
