I was quoted 3 hours for my move, It took 12. The movers did not completely shut off the water from the refrigerator, so when i returned, there was water everywhere. it soaked the kitchen and living room. I have pictures if necessary. Also, the water to the regrigerator at my new hous was hooked up, but not turned on.

Overall experience was good, but we did have some damage to some furniture. Big sratch on front door of the frig, piece white furniturethe bedroom hutch al scuffed up and bust a hole in upper panel.

I did not like the way my dressers were turned upright, spilling the contents inside the drawers. This resulted also in a chipped corner on it. Also my refrigerator has some nice dents it the freezer door.
It should have been wrapped better
I also have a nice deep gouge in a bed frame.
One of the movers enjoyed his vapor cigarette way to often, every 5 minutes he was taking a hit. Not very professional.

Overall experience was good . Towards the end of packing the pod movers stacked things that would have shifted if we hadn't reworked. A few pieces of furniture should have been shrunk wrapped before packing. Will use again , but will watch loading closer. 95/100
