I was happy about everything except they lost the screws that go to my mirror on the dresser now i dont have a mirror for my dresser its standing in the corner of room

I had a lot of minor damage to furniture. Care was not taken when moving. I had a piano to move and it was heavily gouged. They didn’t use a piano dolly to move it which would have avoided the damage.

I hired this branch based off having used the franchise in another state. Well, not all franchises are the same. Three guys came and only one, TJ, really worked. I caught Curtis and the other guy sitting in the company truck on their phones drinking Red Bull. I was not paying them to take breaks and chill out, I was paying them to load my sister’s moving truck. I also caught Curtis and Brandon trying to make out with my sister’s extra TV from the spare bedroom. When I caught them, they claimed they were going to put it in the back of her vehicle but I had not instructed them to do so. So my sister and I felt they were trying to take it without us noticing it. The furniture was not properly wrapped or padded even though we paid for a loading pack. The movers were quick, however they got grease all over our bed mattress and put dents in our washer.

Movers completely forgot
The coat closet, leaving everything. Left a vase of dried flowers. Broke two favorite dishes by not wrapping individually but rather one stack at a time. Complained about the amount of packing, and most everything. Said everything you wanted to hear: Sirs & ma’am’s. Lost Insert for refrigerator handle so couldn’t attach and promised to get us one. Said they are available at new city office and he would make sure they bring us one. Hasn’t happened.

Poor Experience during our last move with 2 Men.

Movers damaged 1 piece of furniture. I fixed it myself. Damaged new flooring with dolly in the utility room and did not report it to me or the office. Office staff was very poor in communicating that the person was an outside source and would contact me, they did not tell that it would take 3-4 days to here from him. However the office sent someone out to fix the flooring and the gentleman did a great job.However this the 4th time I have used them and can recommend them to anyone. This has been the only bad experience I have had. I will use them again for my next move. Great movers fast like no one can imagine.

We had an item broken by the movers. When I called to report it, the lady kind of stonewalled. Replacing the broken item will be over $400. I haven’t seen the investigator yet about attempting to fix the broken item. He is supposed to come in two more days. I expect the item to be fixed or replaced.

They were in hurry about everything. Have found broken figurines, that are collectibles. Things that go in the house found behind things in the garage. Broken bins. Finding broken pieces of stuff but not what they belong to. Disappointed! Overheard them say let’s just hurry up so we can get out of here.

They seemed in a hurry loading & unloading. Misplaced hardware. Broke sprinkler heads bringing things in & didn’t tell me. They were courteous & friendly. Yes I’d recommend them. Things that went the house I’m still looking for.

I will never use Two men and a truck again. I listed exactly what would be moved including sizes and weights and my final cost was more than double what my estimate was. Additionally I have had several things broken and have called more than 10 times to try to get it fixed. At this point I am seriously doubt It will ever be fixed. This is been the worst move experience of my entire life and I will never use you again and I will make sure that everything a person I know who is in the process of moving, thinking about moving, or will move at any point in their lives know that they should not trust you guys or their stuff. Terrible. Just to get a call back I had to threaten to call Bank of America and have charges reversed. Worst. Experience. Ever.
