Moving team was great. It did take me two phone calls to set appointment and I never did get a single receipt with the entire amount charged, even though I requested it twice. (I got a receipt that shows deposite and one with remaining balance). I would love to give 5 stars other then these two things.

The sales order copy serves as your invoice, however, if you would like a receipt we can certainly send you one. Unfortunately, we don't have any record of you reaching out post your move. It looks like we did a follow up phone call with you on the 6th of October and left a message, but never received a response back. Thank you for your repeat business and we look forward to working with you again in the future to continue providing you with excellent service.

Glenn and Robert were absolutely fabulous. Quick, efficient, courteous and thorough. They moved everything over quickly and helped arrange things so I can put things up quickly as well. Absolutely recommend them without reservation. Also Karen my moving counselor at the home office was tremendous. Very patient with me and helpful with suggestions. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!!!

This company knows customer service! From the scheduling to the move... all people I interacted with were polite, knowledgable and knew their business which helped to make the move a stress free experience. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.

Your men were very polite, knowledgeable, and patient. They overcame some difficulties encountered due to lack of space at the new location and distance from the truck to the apartment. We are very pleased and thank you for sending them to us.

Great service and guys were very friendly and professional! Our movers were Dakota S. , Cody W. And Colton H and they all did great! They were quick but paid attention to detail and helped get over the hurdles we had that day! Thank you!
