Office staff was amazing and responsive.
Moving staff tried to often to carry items by themselves, resulting in a broken item that cost $1000, a dent in my new house’s wall, and almost the destruction of a light fixture. Would be good if they didn’t load and unload large items without help.

When scheduling the move for my washer and dryer, I was told they were insured and covered against damage. Movers arrived and informed me I had to buy a $100 insurance policy if I wanted full coverage. This was never mentioned on the phone and needs to be mentioned up front. The movers said they often encounter customers that aren't told about it. Shady business practice, unhappy customer here.

Hi Eric, we are licensed, insured, & bonded, and offer the state mandated coverage for no additional charge, as well as an added value protection option, which both are discussed when provided an estimate.
