Jarod and Mason did an outstanding job. They are well-trained and efficient. A great pleasure to work with, always working to place furniture in the best possible place-even moving some pieces three or four times. Moving at 87 is tough, these guys were eager to make everything special.

Movers were great, courteous and helpful.
However, a closet of clothes were inadvertently left behind. This was 50/50 fault between us & them, especially after finding an extra garment box & 2 closets in one box with clothes on bottom! Corporate would not pay to have clothes shipped to us, that fell on us. Feel like corporate should have paid or at least half to reimburse us for shipping!

Both office staff & moving team were professional & flexible when my moving date had to change due to delay in my closing. No extra fees or penalties or timely phone calls which I so appreciated. The young men were professional & also good-natured. They checked in with me about my preferences & made suggestions when I asked for them. Overall, a very good experience!
