House to apartment move.There was significant damage to my house's drywall. One of the movers hit a bull nose corner baseboard with my box springs (when all he had to do was go straight), splitting the beading on both sides of the corner about 18" and knocking off the baseboard. When it was time to pay, I asked about doing a new form for the damages at my apartment. One of the movers knew about the drywall that was knocked off tot he metal framing so he added it. When I said what about the couch and floor, he had no idea, but the other mover knew about the couch and wasn't planning on saying anything (this is the same one who damaged my house). I wanted to use movers to save on stress, but no move I've made without professional movers has been so stressful and frustrating as this one.

I was moving my husband who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease to a Long Term Memory facililty. My sister in law was at my house to show the movers what to put on the truck and she met them at the facility to show them to his room...while I had my husband with me. The timing was crucial and the movers were able to pack, travel and unpack everything at the precise time I had asked them to do. She and I were upset, stressed and nervous about the entire event. But because everyone involved at Two Men and a Truck were so willing to make sure everything went well, we ended up with precise timing!! I wouldn't think of using anyone else next time I need moving help.

The only good thing I can say about 2 men and a truck is they were available last minute when my original movers didn’t show up. A crew of 4 was scheduled to arrive to begin packing. I had to call 4 times to ask where they were. When they finally showed up there were 3. During the packing 2 of the men began arguing, each wanting to be in charge. It became very uncomfortable. Day 2 was so uncomfortable I just had them take what they had in the trucks to my new address. As they brought in boxes I asked what is in it so I could direct to area. NOTHING was labeled. Movers had no idea what was inside. Inside was dumped mixture of various rooms, my daughter videotaped one box being opened. It was unbelievable. A chest fell down my stairs off a dolly, beds not put together...horrible!

Our problem with Two Men and a Truck is with the sales representative, Adam. He grossly underestimated the move from our house to our apartment by double! He estimated the move would take 6-7 hours and it took 15 hours! We had 2 different moves. The first day they moved our things to an estate sale and the 2 men that moved us were excellent. The next move, 2 days later, was moving our items from our house to an apartment and then a storage facility. It took 15 hours to move from our house to an apartment! After the 15 hours they were to take our items to a storage facility but it was already closed as it was too late. The men that moved us were excellent. As I said, the sales rep and his terrible estimate is where we have an issue.

Several items were damaged during the move. A Couple of items were not delivered and found to been taken back to 2 Men a Truck and had damaged also. Damage is suppose to be repaired but has not been yet, it is scheduled for next week.

I have used Two men and a truck 2 times in the past and was happy with the service. My recent move was not a good experience. The three movers that came to my house were courteous but were slow in the process. I had about 12 pieces of furniture and 10 heavy boxes to move. Even with the 3 men, it still took them 2.5 hours to load my belongings. In the past, I had only 2 movers with more items and it took 2-2.5 hours to load. I asked the men to shrink wrap all of my furniture and stated that I am very particular with my belongings. My wooden bed frame was damaged, my dryer was scratched, my couch was not assembled back to its original state.
I made 3 calls to the office during the move expressing my concerns. Teresa left a message on Monday, I left a VM Tuesday, I have not heard back.

Est move 2 hr took 4 he new 2 employee with trainer after awhile call in more help ended up with scratched furniture set my washer on new carpet and when moved had very wet spot hooked up washer and didn't put those in correctly and flooded wash room and went soak new carpet had to have someone come in and raise carpet and tear out padding dry everything and then replace padding and reset carpet very expensive to do this. Oh and the one who said washer was ready to go was trainer. The guy backing truck was so new he had to try 3 times to where trainer wanted finally trainer backed it up (one of guys was his first day the other had had been month both were asking questions through move) ran out of blankets and had to go get more. When called office no response still have not found 1 box

They were 6 HOURS LATE arriving the day of our move b/c the scheduler put us on for the wrong day, even though the papers say the correct day. 8:30-9:30 arrival time really meant 2pm. They just dumped drawers into boxes (literally just threw open olive oil, vinegar & sugar containers into boxes so that everything in the box was covered in a sticky mess), broke dishes & cups, damaged three pieces of furniture. I was instructed by the movers that I needed to give them a cash tip. When I told them I didn't have cash, they told me to get my checkbook. I can't find our silverware, my grandmother's china, or my stand mixer. Many of the boxes were unlabeled. Messages to quality control go answered. We were told 2x we would get a partial refund for the mix up & now they are refusing the refund.

I called with urgent need of your services, I was told they would be there by 2pm when I received the call that they would be there after they had lunch it was going to be 4 pm. Our home was flooded in Sand Springs May 22nd 2019 . Had they showed up as requested we might not have lost the belongings we did. I am very unahppy with your service.

Had issues with move out crew on timelines. Office manager reduced fee for inconvenience with move in crew. Also the move our crew damaged bed frame and an antique dining hutch. The crew that moved in write up damage report and said we would be contacted within 48 hours for repairs. This has been over week and 1/2 and no one has contacted us. I have left messages regarding this twice with no return call. Would like to have taken care as soon as possible. That’s
