1. Office staff- they did not clearly state that the starting time is at their site not the house to be moved, this was a 30-45 minute difference
2. Movers broke 2 pieces of dresser glass unintentionally and owned up to it (kudos to them) but they did not put the dressers at the front of the storage unit so now they are going to have to unload the storage unit in order for the glass place to measure and get the correct shape for the replacement glass.
3. Office staff said they would get back to me in regards to replacing the glass and I have not heard from them, it had been 1 week. This is not acceptable.

We are so gratful for the help you provided us in moving, but when one of the young men ripped a leather handle off of our antique World War 2 trunk we were greatly disappointed.

We had a couch that was broken by a mover. Also, we were supposed to have 2 trucks for our big move and only had one. That took our move from 4 hours to 8 hours because of the two trips that had to be taken. We wished that we had a better experience. Thank you so much for asking!

Worst experience ever!
My refrigerator washer, dryer and entertainment center were not out in the places needed.
Refrigerator-put in wrong place, arrived with dents, scratches, missing screws to the handles and broken 3 prong plug.
Washer/dryer not put in the correct place
Entertainment center-giant chunk of wood missing on corner and scratches in the top.

My friend had to remove all doors and put them back in because your movers were trying to force items through— and nearly destroying them!!
Worst experience ever and I’m refusing to pay. I’ve already had to fork out another 150 to fix the screw up your team did on my refrigerator!!

Starting with the quote not appropriate for the scope of the job, mis-communications regarding start times and overall bad attitude of the workers completing the job, this experience was jot enjoyable at all. When the crew arrived at 9:26 (expected at 8:30) the supervisor took one look and announced that this was not going to work. It went downhill from there. It was apparent that my belongs were of no concern as boxes were crushed, furniture was marked up or broken and items labled fragile were crushed.

I have done this survey before, so I don't know why I'm being asked to do it again. Things were poorly packed and not marked as to what room they went in. Several things are still missing. I've been talking to Angel about what to do. Last week she didn't return my call. Today she did call me back, but I was not able to talk to her. Called her back, but haven't heard anything back. One set of movers wrote up a claim on my missing bed rails and I was told that your company would send someone out to make new ones. I want that taken care of immediately or buy me a new frame!

Movers were friendly and worked well however, when they left we found numerous (too many) damages to our belongings. We realize that an occasional scratch or bump may happen but we had two antique items damaged enough to greatly decrease their value financially and aesthetically.
Overall, they were just not very careful.

Received no call back after leaving voice mail requesting quotation? I used you guys before so i called her back again. Asked her why she didnt return initial inquiry! She had no answer, but got me on sales schedule to develop quote. Competitive price. Service guys tried hard but the task was tall. Piano. Heavy book boxes with dolly. Crew did not have covering for new wooden stairs? runner. Managed to protect wood stairs fine but there was drywall damage adjacent to stairwell. Minor wood floor damage. Overall experience was pretty good. Tipped the guys for effort but they need to come prepared.

The movers did not let us know they bent a handle on a triple dresser and scratched our bathroom door and woodwork. I found it several days later when I was cleaning.
