Even my husband was impressed with how professional the crews were and worked together to get large pieces of furniture moved safely! We had a large piano and a treadmill and everything was perfect, not a knick or scratch anywhere on our new home, Bravo!

Everything from start to finish couldn't have went any better. Very professional team all the way. Movers were extremely friendly and took great care with our belongings. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I will definitely use them again. Will also recommend to anyone that needs their service.

I had a great first impression with my movers. One was very considerate, (Justin) and careful, the other, (Cody) not so much. My furniture had multiple scratches, dings and chunks chipped off. The wall was dinged and has to be repaired. The movers were kind the first day and the second day one of the movers had a real bad attitude. He was negligent about the care of my furniture. He was late to my house the 2nd day and called for directions at 12:30, he was supposed to be there at noon. He arrived at 12:45. Paying for them to be lost did not please me. My $10,000 bedroom furniture has chips and scratches and a big hole in the back of the chest, my new dining set has chips and deep scratches.

I scheduled Two Men between 2-4 pm on Sat., Oct 6. When they did not show up by 4, I called the local office number, which went to voicemail. I called several times and left a voicemail message. By 5:00, when I called again, someone out of state answered my call and said she still saw my name on the dispatch list but didn't know why no one had showed up yet. She said she would look into it. I asked her to please call me back to update me because I hadn't been able to get a hold of anyone thus far. She never called me back.

Movers arrived at 6 pm and we were moving until 8:30. I called management two weeks ago to explain my experience and Matt (Norman, OK manager) told me he could refund me $38.50. I called last week to inquire about the credit, which I have yet to receive. Disappointed.

Ronald and Justin M. Did amazing. They were friendly and attentative. The only area I would ask for improvement is the office side. While it was easy and smooth to get estimate and book, I did not receive any type of confirmation before the move. I had to call myself and be sure everything was still good to go and on schedule.
