The office and scheduling were great at communicating any changes and notifying us when they were headed our way; the movers really worked hard and efficiently- the only negative was there were several boxes that were marked as fragile and completely smashed w/ all contents broken- I understand things get broken no matter how careful you are, but maybe just a little more care w/ items could go a long way.

When our customers put glass objects into boxes themselves and do not use the correct packing materials inside on the box, those items have a higher chance to get damaged. The overall experience was great! The office staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me understand the process. The Two Guys (Linnon and Marcus) were friendly, courteous, pleasant, had a great attitude, worked hard and fast (I was under a time and budget crunch). I couldn't be more satisfied and would use and recommend!!!! :)
