The men did not put my bed back together properly. When I spoke with the office staff on the phone the day of the move and let them know the move. I never heard back from them.

Online experience to set up was great. Easy to respond to the questionnaire. Movers called prior to arriving to let me know the approximate time. They showed up on time and used the time well. Were very clear on what they could or couldn't do and met my expectations. Took very good care of my items.
