I spoke with Jennifer and scheduled the move. She was very helpful and professional. However, I was not home during the move, but my husband could not have said nicer things about the movers, Tim & Brandon. He had me contact your office to let them know, which I did. He said they were very professional and took really good care of the furniture. Price was great! These guys hustle to get the job done.

I live in another state from my son of whom the move was scheduled for. The office staff made everything very easy for me to handle the arrangements of his move. Even when we had to change the move date the day before. Great company to work with. I would highly recommend.

I just needed 3 pieces of furniture moved to my daughters house 20 miles away. Everything was explained, they we're on time, moved carefully and quickly and the price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. I'm moving in a month and will be calling them again.

When you attempt to appease someone know your facts. Your manager tried to tell me my job estimates at 6 hours only tool 3 because they provided a 3rd man at no charge to me due to your movers unwillingness to put my dsugjters bed back together. Um.no my move took half the time because I had already moved a lot of the stuff tgat was included in the estimate on my own. Bothered repeatedly about a payment they were supposed to notify me of approval.or denial of and neglected to do so for almost 3 days. My furniture had no damage to it. 300 for 2 beds 2 dressers and 2 couches

The crew worked very hard, they took care of everything and they were very courteous. It is rare to see someone that has the same sense of urgency that you do during a move. They actually completed my move an hour earlier than what we agreed to, which saved me money! I would definitely recommend your company.

The movers had lost three bolts to my bed and when I contacted the office to inform them of the missing pieces, I was questioned as if I did not know what I was talking about. The slates that goes across the bed frame has three holes that requires bolts and screws to be screwed into the slates. Although I was informed that the missing pieces would be replaced with universal wood screws, I prefer for the screws to be replaced with the same metal screws that the bed was made with, otherwise my bed could be damaged by using different parts.
