I contracted to move on a Friday and the truck showed up on time. However there was some conversation between the movers and office, it was decided that I needed two trucks. Another truck was ordered and after some delay, it arrived before the first truck was loaded. As it turned out everything but TVs and mirrors were loaded onto the first truc,k and management still wanted to use another full size truck for two TVs and 3-4 mirrors. I told the manager I would transport these items and the 2nd truck was returned to yard. Then the manager decided the move might be too long to complete in one day and decided to keep my belongings in the yard for the weekend and deliver the following Monday. Another team completed the move. Both moving teams did an excellent job. Poor management.

Often, we have to finalize moves the next day when moving 200+ miles away. The movers assumed you wanted the entire home moved as they wanted to help with that so the 2nd truck was ordered. We know plans can rapidly change during a move and we are glad we could help</div>

Our moves were rather small, just room to room, but your folks treated our furniture with great care. They were very willing to do whatever was needed or requested as part of the move. Kudos to your folks, they were/are top notch!

2ND MOVE IN 60 DAYS FROM HOME. MOVERS WERE LATE, CALLED 2X - 2ND TIME TO SAY THEY WERE STOPPING FOR LUNCH WITHOUT REGARD FOR OUR SCHEDULE FOR THE MOVE. LEFT DOLLY IN GARAGE AT HOME - WE HAD TO BACKTRACK TO ALLOW THEM TO GET DOLLY FROM GARAGE LOSING MORE TIME. HAVE USED YOUR SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES, NEVER HAD THIS MUCH DIFFICULTY WITH A MOVE.

2 complaints; 1: I wished they would have wrapped all my furniture in plastic 2: the office staff did not communicate that the new address had a flight of stairs and that we would be making a stop to deliver the piano to a different address and going to a storage unit. Otherwise, I was pleased. Very professional crew.

Our experience was excellent. Moving was a very stressful time for us. The guys were very professional & seemed truly interested in making the move as pleasant as possible. They were friendly & put us at ease. They seemed to really care about our belongings & made excellent decisions. We had a few items that were challenging, but they came up with great ideas & handled it like champs. Overall a good experience and yes, I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

My movers were AMAZING! This was my first time moving on my own, so I was anxious about the experience but they were absolutely professional, fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again. The only issue I had was the person I spoke to on the phone didn't tell me that the time starts when the movers call me. I had a pretty easy move so it didn't go longer than the time i'd allotted but with a bigger move I could definitely see that being an issue. Otherwise, I loved my movers!
