After scheduling my move, I received a moving letter with a higher estimate, including a higher rate. This explained why the second person was asking me questions the first one already asked. She needed to have worked off the same estimate - maybe just clarified but it seemed she almost started over. Then explain what changed and why. I had to take time to call and correct it and get an explanation for a higher estimate. So I started with distrust that the company was going to sneak in fees etc. I received a call 30 minutes after the 2 hour ETA window saying they were headed my way. A call prior would have been appreciated along with an apology on the phone. However the good news was that they brought a trainee to assist which helped reduce the time some. Improve communication!

The movers had a positive attitude and treated my property with care.

Two Men and a Truck moving team was excellent. On a scale of 1- 10 I'd give them a 20!

The door entrance and stair well were scratched. They didn't break down the bunk beds; didn't wrap the furniture. Had to call in third party for assistance. Our previous experience with Two Men and a Truck was with Juan and he was exceptional. He wrapped everything and unloaded in a timely manner. That's the reason we call you guys back was because of his service.

I felt that the overall satisfaction with this company was good to excellent. The office staff was very helpful via phone calls, were professional, and always called back in a timely manner. Because of the office staff and their help, I felt confident that utilizing this moving company would be an excellent choice. The actual moving crew was friendly, answered all questions and were extremely efficient. They used care by wrapping our furniture and packing it well. There was an incident with our refrigerator when moving into the new home, they lost control and it landed roughly to the floor, when pushing it back into the space, a piece fell off of the bottom of the fridge and it now wobbles. Also, I would suggest floor protection as it was raining the day of the move.

Bobby (the driver) was very conscientious in packing, loading, and unloading my possessions. The other two gentlemen did not exercise as great of care. They turned my small chest freezer upside down which means that I couldn't use it for 24 hours and I really needed it - I had several ice chests full of frozen food that needed to go back in the freezer. They were also a little careless placing items in my backyard where Bobby stacked things neatly. Overall, the move went well.

Juan was awesome....never complained...pieces 400lbs and up. Hard working guys. Give them a raise...

Moving team Juan, Gabriel, Keith worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully to move our possessions from the storage unit to the house. Professional and polite attitude throughout. Gave special attention to any concerns and specific requests. Their work ethic made a positive impression as the actual cost came in lower than estimated. Highly recommend this company and this crew.

Dallas, Timmy, and Devon were fabulous! They worked so well as a team and they made my move very smooth! These guys are the best.

The two gentlemen that moved my large furniture were very conscientious of the fragile pieces. NOTHING got scratched or broke. They were friendly and great to converse with throughout the day. Most of all, they were EFFICIENT!! As the customer, we pay hourly for movers and I felt like they moved as quickly as possible to get the job done! FAN service and I WILL use them again in the future as well as recommended them anytime!
