Somewhat disappointed in the truck loading. Moved from Florida to OKC in same size truck but yet took two trips to move us this time. Loading training skills were probably not up to industry standards so had to pay for an additional 2 hours. Loaders were very polite. Move went okay with only one damaged piece and that has been worked out. No major complaints from us and would recommend them to others.

Movers identified what appeared to be bed bugs. Although, it put both us and them in an awkward position, they were more than courteous and helpful every step of the way. They even attempted to salvage what they could of the individuals belongings. Completely professional, punctual and great professionalism was shown. Please thank them for helping veterans in the OKC area!

The movers were very helpful; efficient and friendly. The office failed to provide bubble wrap but we had some and went out to get more for the breakable items that were all that was being packed. I told the office person on the phone they would be packing breakable items so they should send some next time.
I will use your company regardless in September.
