The service was really good. I don't agree with charging once they leave their office and NOT when they get to the property they are moving. Also, the fact that we need to write the full credit number and all personal information on the receipt to charge the remaining balance is NOT a good idea, with all this andquot;stolen identityandquot; going around.....other than that, the service overall is excellent!

Jennifer was effecient, professional and ethical. Carl and his team were excellent as well. They were very courteous, professional and careful with our possessions. I can't remember Car's crews names but please don't let my stupidity reflect on their performance, which was just great!! Mike

Service was ok. Could have been better. Took new homes doors off the hinges to get furniture inside, and neglected to put door back on hinges. Broke a mirror, Broke door off of 2 entertainment center shelves. Unloaded upright deep freezer, and left it in the driveway. Never moved it into garage (20 ft away). The move was done very quickly, but the care for my items was lacking due to the hazardous weather and their haste to get to their homes.

The crew that I worked with was great, they asked me what to move and explained how they would load and unload it if I asked, if there was something they were not sure how to handle they would ask and offer suggestions if I needed them, they were all about helping me get moved as quickly and safely as possible.
