I’m waiting to see what Two Men so about my damaged electric recliner and the missing knob on my dining table. Your leather repair person couldn’t match the color and said she would report that to the office.
Lakeith has been trying to get things repaired but no luck yet. The team that moved my belongings into storage were great and I requested the same team but got another. They didn’t wrap my recliner and infact took it apart and still didn’t wrap it. We had unwrapped from plastic for storage purposes. First team got a tip! Second team would have if Mayfield hadn’t gotten excited and unreasonable. Brandon and the little guy Corey were good in fact Corey was nice enough to let me know about the missing nuts and bolts on a bed but Raymond had some that worked.
My recliner was purchased new in February and put into storage in July so it is still like new! Please advise because I have another more to make and not sure I want more of this!

The moving team was very courteous. They did a good job except the tried to put my refrigerator in a spot that didn't fit and they took the paint off the wall trying to make it fit. Now I have to paint the wall. I wasn't aware that the refrigerator didn't fit in that space. I'm not happy about that. Other than the refrigerator they did a good job and I am happy with the service overall.

Christa, thank you for the review and feedback. Sounds like the team didn't know it wouldn't fit, either. If that was the spot for the fridge, they would've just begun to put it there until they realized it didn't fit. They would've had no way to know before. We're glad to hear, aside from the paint, you were happy with your overall service. Our Franchisee said he just spoke to you and we're all in communication to get this resolved.
