Initial move underestimated amount of material to be moved and time to move. This move offered a credit forwards moving the remainder of the items, which included a dryer and ladder, as well as household goods. All sent smoothly, including me handing down items from the attic to the crew.

Matthew from the OKC office was very friendly and helpful in scheduling my appointment and giving me an estimate over the phone. Dalvin and Norman, the andamp;acirc;two menandamp;acirc; who moved my belongings, were also very friendly, efficient, and hardworking. My only complaint would be that some of my larger furniture sustained some minor damage, but given the fact that they were moving me from a third-story apartment, just a couple small dinges is impressive. That aside, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to hire movers.

Driver was very slow in general and wasted at least 15 minutes arguing about where to park and unload then wasted another 10-15 minutes arguing about documenting finish time and appropriate travel time. Other mover was more professional. Was expecting a little better service given very high reviews online. I think the experience depends on who you get as movers. I will try a different company next time!
