The absolute worst experience I have ever had. First the main office , which gave me the estimate did not stick to the agreement proposed. I received a call the day before to verify everything and I then learned that they planned on sending 2 men and a 16 ft truck to move a 3 bedroom house! When I told them, that would not work, they agreed to send 3 men and a larger truck (at more expense than quoted) . I might add all this I had no choice but to agree to as it was too late to schedule another company. The movers showed up at correct time, in a 26 ft truck (really?) there were 3 movers (only 1 seemed to know what to do) they loaded the truck as slowly as possible, and damaged several items and broke a front security light. The movers that delivered were the only bright spot

Estimate was $249-$279 for moving time. Learned later in signing contract that additional cost included half hour drive time x2 between your location and my residences.
I would have been annoyed, but your movers, Brandon and Davon, delighted my wife and me, more than off-setting any potential dissatisfaction. They were polite

They couldn’t take my king size bed apart, so it was left not moved. That made me uncomfortable with them moving a China cabinet so I was left still having to rent a small uhaul and asking friends to help with what they didn’t do.
The guys worked at a slow pace so I started loading up my own car with things I hired you guys to do.

I had Devonte and James. They did an outstanding job, were very friendly and layed out everything they were going to do very clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving!!

Madeo & Dreico did everything in their power to safely move our furniture, sometimes in ridiculously narrow hallways with tight turns. Everything is placed where we wanted it. We had 5 stops & they listened carefully to our complicated instructions & itinerary. I would be happy for them to move more furniture for me. Ann

Both Kerry and Bryan did an excellent job in the pouring rain. They never complained and continued working, in the pouring rain.

Juan and his helper (can’t remember his name) were excellent! Very professional, thorough and patient. Everyone we made contact with was very helpful. Would definitely recommend them and your office to anyone needing a move.
