1. 7 hrs was a ridiculous ant of time. I’ve had homes full of furniture moved by other companies & those were handled in 4 hrs.
2. $1000 for a sm apt move? Never pd more than $600!
3. Felt as tho the guys were stretching the time. I commented several times they needed to hurry up.
4. The team did a good job but not better than other companies I’ve used. I cannot afford $1000 to move!

We were able to move everything without incident and are happy to know the gentlemen took great care of you and maintained courtesy throughout a tiring day. We do all we can for each and every customer to maintain professionalism and courtesy of not only our customer but their items. I see you ranked them excellent, but the overall price was the issue. Because we are time based we do our best to accommodate all needs of the customers, whether that’s moving just the large items to stay within a particular budget or move all items without incident to accommodate the needs of the customer. We will review this to see if anything could have been done differently so we can better serve our community. Thank you for taking the time in your reply.<br/><br/>- Management</div>
