The mover accidentally broke three knobs off a dresser trying to remove them so they wouldn't get damaged in the move. We wrote up a report. I was out of town the week after the move and was reached out to by your office staff. I sent an email to them letting them know it would be the following week before I could get back with them. I have since called 3 times and cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. I have left voice messages and also left message with a person. Disappointing.

The men were careful & courteous. My problems with the company are:
1. 7 hrs was a ridiculous ant of time. I’ve had homes full of furniture moved by other companies & those were handled in 4 hrs.
2. $1000 for a sm apt move? Never pd more than $600!
3. Felt as tho the guys were stretching the time. I commented several times they needed to hurry up.
4. The team did a good job but not better than other companies I’ve used. I cannot afford $1000 to move!

We were able to move everything without incident and are happy to know the gentlemen took great care of you and maintained courtesy throughout a tiring day. We do all we can for each and every customer to maintain professionalism and courtesy of not only our customer but their items. I see you ranked them excellent, but the overall price was the issue. Because we are time based we do our best to accommodate all needs of the customers, whether that&rsquo;s moving just the large items to stay within a particular budget or move all items without incident to accommodate the needs of the customer. We provide IT help for Adam and his team and formed a great relationship. So when it comes to needing help with a move I naturally went with my buddy Adam. They did a great job and got everything moved without issue. I will always use Adam and Two Men in OKC for all of my moving needs. Highly recommended!

We were moving into the third floor of an apt building, which we disclosed while signing up, the movers acted suripsed and annoyed when we arrived at the apt building whenthey had to go up 3 flights of stairs and made serval comments about it. The movers also vocally complained multiple times about having to move our belongings up the stairs. The movers pushed very hard for a tip once they finished, I read in your policy that tips are optional but we felt very pressured to tip, he brought it up more than once and watched us sign our paperwork to make sure we did tip. Overall we felt like we just inconvenienced your team, even though we paid a very large amount of money for their services, we don’t usually pay movers and won’t be using your team again.
