My driver/mover was Ronald and Justin Mayfield. They were very pleasant and kind. They were also quick, efficient, and made my moving experience much simpler than it would otherwise have been. They treated my furniture and the environment with respect, and they were careful regarding parking (which is difficult in my complex). I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. Thank you!

The office staff was very patient when we had to delay the move several times due to closing changes.
You could tell the moving crew was very experienced and did not miss a thing or have any damage on a long move.

1) Some furniture was scratched & dmgd. 2) A set of sheets was ripped. 3) They asked us to give them a tip BEFORE we do our final walk-through. 4) When we showed the dmg and sheets they argued with us and told us since they wrap everything they don’t dmg furniture and it’s our word against theirs so there is nothing we can do about it. I would NEVER use or recommend your company again!

I informed your office rep ahead of time that my main priority and focus was on our brand new Samsung washer & dryer. They're high-end, and up until the move they were in perfect physical condition.
Unfortunately they were severely banged-up during the move. They put them in my laundry room in the wrong order, and tried to lift one over the other instead of removing the first. It did not go well.

I received 2 confirmation calls from the office team the day before and there was a miscommunication when I booked. I thought I was going to have a packing team the day before The move to help me pack, that didn’t happen. But in the long run I guess it saved me money.
