Isaiah and his team were very respectful, careful, and polite. They did a phenomenal job and insisted we not lift a finger despite my dad trying to help. I really appreciated it. I was kept updated and at no point was I worried about the security of my belongings.

The only thing I had an issue with is the paperwork time when the movers first got there. At least 30 min of paperwork then the movers had to go get stuff in the truck to get started. So about 45 min wasted when I'm charged by the hour. We were charged for going over what was estimated but we wouldn't have minus the 45 min wasted.
