The experience was good until everything was placed in the U-Haul storage. If I could share pictures I would. Never seen such catastrophe. Ive been in contact with the Boardman office. Refrigerator is placed where doors are closed. We can't get to it and doors need propped open to prevent mold. Lazy boy recliner is perched on top of refrigerator! It's a disaster and I want it fixed.

I would highly recommend 2 men & a truck! Every step of the process was very easy for me. The 3 movers were excellent & handled my furniture with care. They work very quickly. They also were gentlemen.

This is the 4th. time we have used Two Men and a Truck. Office help and truck workers always professional. They were on time and the move took less time then the original quote. We will call them again the next time we need help with a move.

-overpriced with poor service and clearly poorly trained movers. Charged for 45 minute drive for less than 5 miles .
-careless loading and many boxes crushed and some picture frames broken.
-reported company policy against disconnecting washer/dryer.
-damaged woodwork in both houses.
-forgot to replace 4 interior doors before leaving and lost several shelf pins for bookcases.

At one point Luke forcefully kicked my antique chest to move it out of the way so he could put something else in its place. Not realizing I was behind him he turned around and said, “oh sorry”. I was beyond furious but I could tell that he was extremely argumentative and did not want to start a fight. They also broke/damaged multiple items (I got pictures)and rushed us at the end of the day

The moving team was phenomenal. They even told us they would be more than happy to come back and empty our pod for us when we were ready to move into our new addition. I called when ready and got them right back. I can’t say enough about them. I appreciate all that they did for us and made our move effortless.

Very kind and helpful moving team, they were thorough and fast. Overall outstanding job! Will definitely use again and will recommend. Thank you guys so much!

I would like to thank Malcolm, David, Aaron, and Mike. They did a fabulous job. And were so nice. I hope I never have to move again. But, if I do I would definitely recommend this company and crew. The guys were amazing!!!

Blaze and his team were wonderful. They were efficient, careful and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. I would ask for Blaze and his team specifically. Thank you gentlemen for a perfect move!
