Well they broke my dresser. Was making up my bed and seen I had some damage on my bed frame. It was a brand new bed frame. Just bought a brand new washer and dryer and have scratches on both of them. The movers argued, moved slow. I can say the movers were polite but payin over 1200 to much stuff was damaged. I picked 2 men and a truck cus the first time they moved me it was an amazing experience but this time not so much

The truck was backed over the front yard leaving large ruts. Three men arrived, two young and one older. Older gentleman became ill and was replaced after a lengthy period of time in which no work was done. One person asked inappropriate questions several times regarding was anyone going to be living in the house? Why aren't we moving everything? He stood around as much as he worked and commented on the contents of the house. One man worked well. The second and third replacement workers were good. So much time was wasted in change of personnel. We realize it was a hot day -- we kept giving water and pop for refreshment. One dresser was damaged. Overall the $1500 spent was not warranted for the service provided. We won't use or recommend your company.

Your policy of the movers not being able to remove railings, etc. does not help a 67 year old women by herself move properly. Because of that they could not put the furniture where I wanted it. They damaged my cabinet and some walls. They didn't take two pieces of furniture that was on the inventory (computer table and sewing machine cabinet) because of the above reasons. Charged me for two trips that were not necessary. Disconnected my heavy electric furniture and didn't reconnect at new house. Went way over estimate. Laid my refer on it's side on the floor which you should never do and only took parts of two beds. All in all I am not happy. Two of the gentlemen were very nice, one was iffy.

I planned the move for over a week. Contacted your company and went through everything to be moved. I then called back with a final inventory. Your reception told me that everything could be moved in one truck. To this point everything was great. When the movers arrived the leadership was terrible. The person I was talking with was immediately negative! I understand we had a lot of items going different ways. I made sure everything was organized. The leader separated the movers and this caused chaos. The separated movers wrecked a truck with our belongings in it and your team left a power cord in your truck. Terrible experience!!!

The movers were very aggressive and careful with my furniture, etc. A slight accident occurred which I don't know if they were aware. When they were moving the TV was moved by my son to get out of their way. He put under a table. When they took a storage unit into said area the end hit the TV and cracked the screen. When walk through was done this was not noticed. When we went to place TV back the crack was noticed by all my family. We called and within 2 hours the TV was replaced with the same exact one my son had purchased for me the week before. Now that is what I call service.

Moving teams (2 day move) on time, professional, extremely courteous and very hard working. One piece of glass broken , basement floor damaged, and difficulty with transitioning several large items into basement. However broken glass and damaged floor are being taken care of in a fast, professional and friendly manner. Thank you for helping us get through our 2 day move efficiently and professionally.

This was a mini-move to get me set up in an apartment while leaving my house furnished to sell. A larger multi-stop move is yet to come. Everything was great. The young men that cane were kind and conscientious and efficient. They took care of my items well and were responsive to my requests. The next day delivery to my our if town apartment was similar. I would use the company and the workers specifically again. (I am waiting for resolution to a problem. A week after I moved in my cable was hooked up so i finally turned the tv on and it was damaged. It looks like it had been dropped on one corner or had some extreme pressure to the screen in that corner as the lcds (?) are crunched and destroying the image. It’s reported but no response other than acknowledgement of my contact yet.)

The overall experience was good. Only a couple of things:
1. We had a 2 day move to 2 different locations and our communications with the office staff regarding the details of the 1st move were not given to the movers;
2. On the Day 2 move a piece of glass was broken, basement floor was damaged from dragging a refrigerator, and there was a delay/struggle getting 2 large items into the basement.
Other than that, the movers were on time, helpful and beyond polite. They tried their best and overall it was a successful move.
A claim was filed regarding the damaged items and the repair process has been fairly smooth so far.

I have a claim for some damages and no one has contacted me yet. Also, your estimated didn't know about any of the furniture we had moved and we had to make major room moves that could have been avoided, but in the end, I'm glad we made them. I also think your estimated didn't really think through how rough this job was for only 3 men. It should have been at least 6-10 men to do this in a timely fashion. I'm not sure if I would have saved money, but it would not have taken 11 hours with more men. I will call about the damage report and await a refund of money or a repair man to fix it.

We were very pleased with two men and a truck. They were professional and very courteous. They got the job done in record time. There was one thing I was disappointed with and that one of my gas grill wheels is missing since the move. I know it was there before we moved cause I disconnected it from the gas hook up. I didn't discover it immediately cause the weather was cold and weren't using the grl yet. But other than that we were satisfied
