My team was terrific and it wasn't an easy move for them. Anything we asked was responded to with YES WE CAN or GLAD TO DO IT. Very refreshing to be treated so well. I've already recommended to a neighbor who'll be moving soon.

I was charged $395 to move an armoire from my great room to my garage. This was an excessive charge. I used this company before to move furniture within my home while our floors were being re-done and was not charge this much.

My movers were incredibly professional and very polite. They even finished the job under the quoted amount of time, saving me money!

Overall experience was average. Office staff was extremely friendly helpful and nice. However, the actual price I paid was far more than the price range I was given. Considering there were only 8 objects being moved 5 minutes down the road I was disappointed. Also, the movers were not very motivated. They seemed to stand round a lot and had to be coaxed into doing the work. The lack of supervision was evident. Finally, the movers left a giant scratch on my wood bedroom door. I found the company easy to work with but the execution and results were poor. I would hesitate to recommend the company.

Movers were prompt pleasant enough. Unfortunately I was ill. However, they forgot items, scratched my kitchen floor and dresser. Once we arrived at the new home they seemed to just be anxious to complete the job and items in the garage were more or less shoved in there.

Billy, Q and Christian were pleasant, hard working and very accommodating to anything I asked them to help with. They were fun to be around while not compromising on hard work. They took extra care with furniture that had much sentimental meaning. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises. Office staff was very helpful and pleasant right from my first inquiry thru completion and the damages to walls (which is inevitable in a move like this) was addressed promptly.
