I was very satisfied with the service I received both from the office staff and the movers. Very polite, friendly, respectful and worked at a consistent pace. Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

I was pleased with the overall franchise when Cleveland suggested I contact Youngstown because it was less distance therefore saving me money. Many companies would not have demonstrated that kind of integrity. Then I met the moving team and I emphasize team! Those 5 guys worked so well together. Every last one of them was friendly, professional and respectful. They had me packed up in no time at all and efficiently made the move. They did have to go back for a small second load. I can't say enough good about those 5 guys. I was so impressed! My name is Denise Yocum. I want you to be able to identify those guys and praise them for a fantastic job and an extremely pleased customer. I would recommend your office to anyone.

I have very mixed emotions in using them. Reason being is my girlfriend used them the week before, so I got to witness how she was treated and the job they did for her. So that became the reason I decided to use them too. Although my experience wasnandacirc;??t bad, it no way compared to hers. For example, when her person came out to give her the quote he took his time. My person was done in 10 min, albeit I have a smaller place, but still it seemed rushed. He got her quote back to her that same day. Mine, I had to call after 48 hours because I hadnandacirc;??t heard from them. Hers, the guys seemed to go above and beyond, mine the guys did the job. I was even told a few times that they didnandacirc;??t want to move several things for various reasons such as they were afraid to damage it. Hers never told her that.

All three movers were efficient, polite and very helpful. They let us know what was happening throughout the process, made appropriate suggestions to ensure things were moved safely, and were overall super nice guys! We had a great experience with our movers and would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about the team that moved us. They were pleasant and courteous. Not only did they move the required items but also moved a few other large items to the dumpster in my driveway! The went over and above what was required of them.... now that is GREAT customer service!!! Plus, they completed the entire move, as well as setups, in record time! Six men, two trucks, with a lunch break, were finished in SIX hours!!! Incredible!!!

The men were very professional and used great care in moving my furniture. They also called at the loading point to inform me that they were ready to Head back to deliver my furniture and gave an arrival time (estimated) which they exceeded to my delight!!

Boston and his entire crew were absolutely phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. I was amazed at the group of men that worked together to make our very unorganized move run smoothly. We were not prepared correctly but they never got impatient and did all that they could to help. Your company should be very proud of the men that you have hired. I had two friends who gave you excellent reviews. So, it was easy to choose the only company I got an estimate for! They did not fail me. This was stress free from the beginning. The leader took his team in hand and everything was done quickly and professionally. I was only disappointed that they wouldnandacirc;??t let me buy them all lunch!
