Sarah came to work at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK after hiring us to move her and her family. In just 6 months, she earned her spot in the 100K club for sales revenue! When asked about the thing she enjoys most about life at TMT, she says "The atmosphere and my co-workers. We all work together to get things done, no matter what". Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time outside on her screened-in deck, she also likes to play and watch golf. She has two children, Isabella (15) and Maryjane (11), as well as a dog and 5 cats at home.

Karen started her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® after spending 13 years in retail. She has been an incredible asset to the franchise, holding many different titles since she started as a Customer Service Representative in 2015. She loves working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® because every day is a new adventure, and you never know what will happen. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

Kyle started on our Cincinnati team in May of 2016 as a mover on the trucks in Mason, OH. Since his first day on the trucks, he has always aimed to exceed his customer's expectations. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, the opportunity came to step up into a Marketing Manager role with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK across all Cincinnati metro locations. When Kyle is out of the office, he enjoys playing watching movies at the theaters, and traveling to new cities across the country.

George started his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Spring of 2008. From mover to driver to operations manager, George has stepped up to the plate as a leader for multiple Cincinnati area locations. George is a great asset to our team when it comes to training and development. When he is out of the office and off the trucks, George enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to new places.

Erin started her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in April of 2023. Previous to working here, Erin has been in the customer service industry for over 4 years. In the Spring of 2022, Erin earned her bachelor's degree in studio art from Wittenberg University. When searching for a career post-graduation, Erin wanted to find an industry that is customer-centric. Erin has always had her priorities set on helping people. When Erin is off the phone, she enjoys spending her time painting on canvas, attending concerts, or performing songs at an open mic night.

Adrian joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family in January of 2024. He is currently a student at The University of Cincinnati studying Public Relations. His favorite part of his internship so far has been getting to know the team and seeing the ins and outs of the operations. In his free time, Adrian enjoys reading, playing Xbox, and spending time with his two daughters, ages 9 months and 2 years old.

Rodney embarked on his journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in April 2022, initially as a truck driver in Northern Kentucky. Demonstrating exceptional dedication and skill, he swiftly climbed the ranks, earning a promotion to an operations management position within just two years in the Cincinnati metro area. His journey continued as he assumed the role of general manager at our Louisville metro location, before recently taking on the mantle of GM at our Cincinnati North branch. Rodney's unwavering positivity and goal-oriented mindset define his approach to each day, driving him to surpass expectations. In his leisure moments, he finds joy in cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals and honing his culinary skills with steak dinners.
