The crew was scheduled to arrive between 1pm and 3pm. I was notified that they would be late. I received a second call notifying me they would be later than the initial window of time I was given. They arrived at 4:15 pm. I appreciated the communication. I didn't like that they were so late. Also, the movers opened a door on my second floor to get the box spring to my queen bed outside without asking my permission. The house is very old, we hadn't opened that door in over 4 years and it was the house I was moving out of. Luckily, my son and I were able to get it shut again with quite a bit of effort. But they should have spoken with me first. That could have been a disaster. Josh and Vincent were friendly and worked very hard. I appreciated that.

It was a long move, but the guys were VERY slow at the end.

Moving a piano was a real job and the guys did it easy

they did a greatjob, however when i was in my garage where the furniture was i noticed one of my pieces was damaged and it was hard to see , they had already left

To be fair, there was a confluence of errors and bad luck much of which was not your fault. Blizzard, poor preparation on our part, and moving into a house with abnormally short doorways made for a long arduous process. There was some trouble at the beginning and multiple people share the blame on that. Too many cooks on our part and a breakdown of communication between me, your dispatchers and your drivers caused a 1 hour delay in getting started. I was please with your solution of giving me a "courtesy hour". Your drivers kept a friendly, positive attitude throughout a long tough day.

Didn't have the time or man power to do my move effectively.

I wish they could pin point their arrival time closer then a two hour window. Since the time starts from Your door back to Your door the fuel charge should be eliminated. Especially since I only needed the men - not the truck.
The guys were good and got my small truck unloaded in under 2 hours.

The office staff was amazing! They walked us through the process and kept in touch through our entire move to make sure our needs were met. They were courteous and affordable.
