I was told 9a, truck didn't arrive until 9:45a. Not sure if the phone rep set false expectations or the truck was late, but there was no communication or ETA on the day of. Otherwise, they did the job and nothing important was damaged.

Mitchell, we apologize on the miscommunication around your truck arrival time. Our trucks leave the lot at 9am and sometimes stop to get gas. This should have been explained to you and we once again apologize if it was conveyed to you falsely. Please call us anytime at 330-794-6683 to discuss this issue.

Cedric, Anthony, and Stephen were great—and took a lot of the stress out of the move. They were hardworking, efficient, and helpful and I enjoyed meeting all of them! If I ever move again they would be my first choice!

Isaac and Juan(not sure if I got his name correct) were fantastic!! They were both very kind and got to work the minute they arrived. During loading and unloading, they were careful and very quick. I appreciate how efficient they were. Because they were so good moving my husband, I requested them and I am so glad I did.
