My team made my move stress free. hard, fast working professionals. Very polite.
I accidentally left a shelf screwed to the wall and the screw was stripped. They patiently and kindly helped the situation. I could not have had a better experience.

I specifically asked Christine to make sure I got billed and she took my credit card. I wanted to pay for my sons move. When the move was completed the drivers insisted on getting my sons credit card to pay the balance. I kind of takes the thunder out of a gift when you tell someone you paid for it and they still get charged. The movers scratched my wall in 2 places which was not a big deal but I hired movers so this wouldn't happen. I got a follow up call from the manager and he didn't understand why it bothered me that they charged my son. He said we were able to reverse the charges. The point is, I gave specific instructions and I told my son his move was taken care of and two men and a truck pretty much embarrassed me and my son called me and said. Dad I thought you paid for the move, they charged me!

My two guys...Will and Sam (if my memory is correct, but I’m terrible at remembering names) were great. Very accommodating, thorough, and dedicated to getting the move done. They just kept moving. No down time or stopping to chit chat. Very professional. Special thanks to Sam who had to come back to fix our sleep number bed. I’d ask for these guys again!

The moving team was really good.

My complaint is the charge for insurance. I still don’t know if it was optional. I didn’t have anything worth insuring so I felt manipulated in the end. If anything was said about insurance before the team arrived at my apartment, I didn’t catch it.

This charge should be clearly explained and stated prior to the move. It was a 25% charge for the cost of the entire move and I feel it was unfair and unjust to slide that it later.
